About Me

I care deeply about people and relationships, and believe in the power of supportive community. My path to this work has been shaped by a natural curiosity about human emotion, connection, suffering, and healing, as well as a respect for the courage it can take to look honestly at ourselves.

In therapy, I aim to be present, attuned, and real. I listen closely, not just to what’s said, but to what may be harder to put into words. My hope is to create a space where you can feel understood, explore what matters, and make room for the full range of emotions that may arise.

While my practice is grounded in trauma-informed and evidence-based psychotherapy, I also respect the role that meaning-making, intuition, symbolism, and spirituality can play in healing and self-understanding. For clients who are interested in these perspectives, we may occasionally incorporate practices such as dreamwork, art, astrology, tarot, or Reiki into our work together.

Outside of work, I value both quiet, restorative time and spaces that feel engaging and alive. I enjoy expressing myself through dance, fashion, and creativity, and I appreciate environments where I can simply be.

I have a deep respect for animals, and my cat Kuma may occasionally make an appearance in sessions. I also support social justice initiatives and align with the core values of the social work profession.
