About Me

I’ve long been drawn to understanding the emotional and relational experiences that shape how we move through the world and relate to ourselves and others. Like many therapists, my own life experiences have also shaped how I understand connection, adaptation, healing, and the complexity of being human.

In therapy, I aim to be present, attuned, and real. I listen closely, not just to what’s said but to what may be harder to put into words, and hold space for self-discovery and the full range of emotions that can emerge in the process.

While my practice is grounded in trauma-informed and evidence-based psychotherapy, I also respect the role that meaning-making, intuition, symbolism, and spirituality can play in healing and self-understanding. For clients who are interested in these perspectives, we may occasionally incorporate practices such as dreamwork, art, astrology, tarot, or Reiki into our work together.

Outside of work, I value both quiet, restorative time and spaces that feel engaging and alive. I enjoy expressing myself through dance, fashion, and creativity, and I appreciate environments where I can simply be.

I have a deep respect for animals, and my cat Kuma may occasionally make an appearance in sessions. I also support social justice initiatives and align with the core values of the social work profession.
